Tripp Lite's 16-port KVM Console Switch with 17" LCD is the optimal solution for controlling multiple computers from one keyboard, mouse and monitor. This single unit combines a 16-port KVM switch, keyboard, 17" LCD monitor and touchpad - all in a mere 1U of rack space. Stores neatly in the rack, pulls out when needed. Easily switch ports using the On-Console buttons, touchpad with On Screen Display (OSD), or by using the keyboard "hot key" functions. Control PS/2, USB, or SUN systems when using the appropriate cable kit. Extra VGA and (2) PS/2 ports on the rear of the unit allow connection of Remote Access IP unit B050-000 or separate console.

  • Daisy-chain multiple 16 port KVM switches (Model B022-016) in order to control up to 512 computers
  • Does not require software or complicated set-up procedures
  • Select a port by using using the On-Console buttons, On Screen Display (OSD) and the touchpad, or by using the keyboard "hot key" functions
  • Offers autoscan feature
  • Multi-level password security to ensure only authorized people have access to the connected computers
  • 2 LEDs per port; one indicates when the computer is connected & on, the other indicates when the computer has been selected
  • PS/2,Sun and USB compatibility by connecting appropriate Tripp Lite cable kit
  • Optional Console port to connect Remote IP Unit (B050-000) or seperate console
  • Hot pluggable — add or remove computers without having to power down the switch
  • Auto-sensing of station position on daisy chained installations — no need for manual DIP switch setting — front panel LED indicates station position
  • Port names automatically reconfigured when station sequence is changed
  • Console detaches from the switch chassis for easy maintenance
  • Upgradeable Firmware
